We ship Monday through Friday. All domestic orders are shipped through USPS, FedEx or UPS.
Due to the extreme high volume during this holiday season, some delivery dates may be delayed, especially with USPS (United States Postal Service). UPS and FedEx are delivering with a 1-2 business day delay. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping carrier at checkout. Please monitor your tracking number, and contact us with any questions. Details on how to track your package can be found below.
Our Goal is to process and ship all orders received by 3:00pm CST. However, if your order does not ship the same da, or is received after 3:00pm CST, it will ship the following business day.
FREE SHIPPING OVER $99+
Orders over $99+, ship Free using either FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. All orders will contain tracking information that will be uploaded into the account portal.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to your account on file. Please allow time for it to enter the carrier’s system and update. Orders placed before 2:00pm will be shipped same business day. Though, we strive to get all orders out the same business day, due to high order volume during the holiday seasons, please allow an extra business day for your order to be shipped.
You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research all products that they are legal for importation before placing an order. Once shipped, we will not be held responsible for customs delays, so please allow adequate time for delivery. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue.
If, by chance, the order is returned to us and you wish to have a refund then we will do so only after we have received the goods back. The refund will be calculated as Total cost less shipping and a 15% restocking fee for a total of an 85% refund not including shipping.
We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your orders' progress through the mail system.
We do not have a reship policy. We DO assume that all clients are aware of their own countries' laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries' customs.
Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs does not return the products to us we cannot issue the 85% refund to you.
If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
How to Track your Shipment
All packages will include tracking information along with insurance. Your tracking will be uploaded into your customer portal and you will be notified when your package has been shipped. PLEASE ALLOW a minimum of 24 hours for your shipping details to be uploaded into your carriers website. We hand deliver every product to the carrier to ensure they are scanned and uploaded immediately into the carriers website. If you did not receive a tracking number, please log into your customer account on nhsupps.com. If you are still unable to locate your tracking number please contact us at [email protected]. Below are links to upload your tracking information depending on which carrier you chose at checkout. Please note: In rare occasions, shipping delays may occur, whether it is due to high volume during the holiday season, or weather delays. These are situations that are out of our control. We ask that you continually monitor your tracking information, and contact the carrier as well as us if you have any questions. We will help you in any way we are able to.

We will accept returns if it is due to damage that is our fault or manufacturer defects within 30 days of original purchase. ALL SALES FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.
If you are missing an item or the item that you receive is damaged, then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Though uncommon, no refunds will be issued if carrier shipping times are delayed due to severe weather alerts, and high volume of packages during the holiday season.
If a refund is deemed necessary, then we will manually refund your transaction for the appropriate amount for the returned items. Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us. Please always contact us first because most issues can be resolved very easily.
All Items are shipped safely and in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If for any reason this is not the case, then please email us and we will work with you. Each case is handled individually.
In the event your package is delayed due to carrier delays, please contact us so that we may contact the carrier in order to locate any missing packages. Please note: most carriers will not open any missing package claims until 14 days after the package was mailed.
In the event you wish to cancel your order due to shipping delays or lost package, we must wait the 14 day period to file a claim. Once the package is re-routed and in our possession we will issue a refund. If an order is canceled after shipping, at the buyers expense, the package must be sent back to the following address and include tracking and insurance for the value of the purchase.

Once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
